how long will my order take?
Each piece is handmade especially for you. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks, though it may be finished sooner. We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process and confirm all details with you before shipping.
How are the Auré pieces made?
Auré jewellery is handmade in the heart of Antwerp. Rungfa is behind the workbench herself and we also work closely with our trusted partners in the Diamond District. Every piece is created with care and a true dedication to craftsmanship.
Where does Auré ship to?
We ship with insured DHL Express for all European destinations. If you live outside Europe, feel free to send us an email — we can certainly arrange shipping for you as well.
Transit time is typically 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment. If you’re in Antwerp and prefer to pick up your order in person, that’s absolutely possible and free of charge. Please select ‘pick up Antwerp’ when checking out and we'll arrange a pick up date together.
Can I return my order?
Your order has been made specifically for you and therefore we can’t accept any returns.
Should I choose 18k or 14k gold?
The difference between 14k and 18k gold is the amount of gold used in the alloy. 14k consists of 58.5% gold and 41.5% silver, while 18k has 75% gold and 25% silver.
As a result, 14k is harder and more resistant to scratches and wear, making it ideal for everyday jewelry that needs to stand the test of time. The colour might be less vibrant, since there’s less gold.
18k gold, on the other hand, contains a higher proportion of pure gold, giving it a richer, deeper color and a more luxurious high-end feel. It is slightly softer and therefore more suitable for special pieces that are worn with care, such as engagement rings or statement designs.
Beyond beauty, gold remains one of the rare materials that truly endures in value. Choosing solid gold, whether 14k or 18k is both a reflection of taste and a quiet investment in lasting worth. A personal treasure that stands the test of time.
how do I know my correct size?
The best way to find your ring size, we suggest to visit your nearest jeweler who can measure it for you. If you already have a ring that fits well, you can also print this PDF at 100% and follow the instructions to find your size at home.
Can i wear my auré jewellery in the shower?
Yes! Our pieces are made of solid 14K and 18K gold, which are naturally resistant to oxidation and hypoallergenic.
However, because gold alloys contain small amounts of metals such as silver or copper, it is possible for very light surface tarnishing to appear when exposed to constant moisture, humidity, or certain cosmetics (sometimes medicine use).
This is completely normal for real gold alloys and can easily be removed. We recommend drying your jewelry thoroughly after contact with water to keep it looking its best and storing it safely in a box when not in use.
