Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, meaning we’ll start the production immediately. Since all our pieces are handcrafted per order, this takes time up to 3-4 weeks.
Kaat or Rungfa will personally reach out to you and keep you updated every week on the progress of your Auré piece until you’ve received it.

Together, we search for the stone that truly fits your story — whether it’s a certain colour, shape, or meaning you have in mind. Once we’ve found the right one, we design and craft your Auré piece around it, making sure every detail brings out the beauty of your chosen gem.
Some stones may take a little time to source, depending on their rarity, but we promise it’s always worth the wait.
We take pride in offering quality service and long-lasting care for your jewellery. Every piece is crafted to last and we’re here to make sure it does.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all Auré jewellery. Should you ever need a repair within this period, our team will gladly take care of it. Please note that shipping costs are not covered, but you’re always welcome to drop off your piece at our Antwerp location. )
For repairs outside the warranty a small atelier and shipping fee applies.
We also offer resizing services.Your first resize is complimentary.
